So Spa, Mumbai

  • sp spa

Imagine a spa menu divided into courses of starters, mains and desserts. So Spa’s therapies draw inspiration from a French gourmet restaurant menu.

Need some suggestions? Try the Indian Tasting Menu, an ode to India that promises an ayurvedic chic experience and Indian reflexology with Kansu bowls. Or the world’s best of Japanese Ko Bi Do, an ancestral ritual technique with specific anti-wrinkle movements that focuses on the most fragile areas of the face, delivering youthful, glowing skin. While starters and desserts last for 30 minutes, the main course is a 30- to 90-minute delicious treat.

An urban oasis at the Sofitel Mumbai BKC, So Spa offers an amalgamation of Indian treatments and French products. Cinq Mondes and Gemology, two globally established French brands, have entered the Indian market through the spa.

Of course, nothing says relaxation quite like a signature treatment and thus we decided to try the So Exhilarating Body massage—a euphoric, soothing 90-minute massage that included being wrapped in a cocoon-like form to induce the feeling of being secure within a womb. This experience promises to shape and tone your silhouette, relieve stress and bring a glow to your skin, which it did. A blissful indulgence.

Address: Sofitel Mumbai BKC, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai – 400 051.

Tel: +91-22-6117 5000.
